PRIVACY POLICY

We appreciate our customers at Early American Candle and are committed to making your shopping experience with us a good one.  We want to assure you that the information you provide to us is kept confidential, whether you order over the Internet or call us directly. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to process orders, we need to collect the following information from our customers:  Company Name (if applicable), Customer Name, Bill To/Ship To Addresses, Phone Number, FAX Number (if applicable), Method of Payment, i.e., Credit Card name, number, and expiration date, Tax Exemption information (if applicable), and Email address (if applicable).

This information, except for Credit Card information, is held in our database and is for the use of Early American Candle only.  We respect the privacy of our customers and do not share any of the personal information gathered in our database with others.

Credit Card information is not held in our database and must be given each time you place an order with us.  This is for your safety as well as ours. 

Phone numbers and email addresses are kept in order that we are able to contact you, if the need arises, regarding your order.

EMAILS TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Periodically, we use email addresses to annouce new products, advertise storewide sales or specials, discounted or discontinued items, etc., to our database of customers.  If you prefer not to receive an email, please notify us and we will remove your information.
